Cobra 4 Leg G80 Chain Sling Basics

A strong, balanced lift for bulky, awkward and/or heavy loads is easily achievable with a Cobra 4 Leg G80 Chain Sling. With the addition of shortening grab hooks, each chain leg can be adjusted to suit the load to obtain maximum load stability, even on asymmetrical loads.

So whether you’re working in construction, engineering, or general industry, this sling is designed to make heavy lifting easier and safer.

Component Choices

The short link chain and master link set up come as standard for all chain slings, simply choose your chain size and length along with your preferred end fitting and we will match them up to make sure you get a safe sling set up with the optimum WLL.

Choose from 3 clevis type fittings and 1 fixed eye type fitting. Clevis fittings can be switched out as and when needed; eye type fittings cannot.

Clevis self locking hook which has a wider opening and self locks

Clevis C hook which has no safety latch

Swivel eye self locking hook which self locks, has a larger throat opening and can swivel 360 degrees for easier loading alignment. Not removable!

The final fitting option is for a shortening hook; these eye type grab hooks will be fitted into the master-link to permit the only safe way to shorten each chain leg.
